or at the door.

Said Emma Ayres, the creator of the Nest, promoter of Nest Fest, and member of the participating band, Old Flame said, "The Nest was born in the basement apartment of my parent's home in South Amherst. Traditionally, the evening always started with a potluck, where audiences and artists alike could break bread and talk to one another. Sharing food is a humanizing, connective ritual that builds community and breaks the anonymity of ‘the fourth wall.’ This sense of community is integral to what Nest Productions is about.

The line up includes:
DJ QUILS--provides music for all occasions. Stacks of Vinyl featuring Funk Soul Rock Hip Hop Rocksteady Reggae Jazz Psych & more. For your listening and dancing pleasure.
BELLA--is a non-binary artist and community organizer currently based out of southern VT, where they hop incessantly from one medium to another. Vibe includes rich vocals, some distortion, and lots of reverb.

OLD FLAME--is a machine that kills fascists. Formed in the mire of the 2017 presidential election with one unshakable intention: to make their art as an active form of resistance and never cease. Born in the DIY basements, garages and fields of Western-Mass, the indie-rock band spins grit, unapologetic politics, and honey-rasp vocals into a psychedelic punk-rock nostalgia, whose edge is a howling afterglow of raw blues.
WORKMAN SONG--Western Massachusetts "art folk rock" trio led by storytelling singer-songwriter and once-would-be preacher Sean McMahon. Impassioned vocal performances powered by full spectrum electric guitar, bass & keyboards (Marc Seedorf), and drums (Monte Arnstam) evoke the sound of Seattle, Liverpool, and Asbury Park with the undeniable stamp of the Western MA spirit, made new with a sonic and narrative voice that anthemizes love, hope, loss, faith. Three hit singles on the airwaves are spreading the Workman Song gospel to the masses: "No, It's Not," "O, To Be In Love Again," and "Rock And Roll".
CARINAE-- is a psychedelic super nova of swirling sounds and sweet subtleties- We write music with three part harmonies, words from the heart, drippy guitar leads and driving rhythms that all combine in a psychedelic array of moods in hopes of creating a love zone we can all navigate together. We're from Western MA and hope to give and learn as much as we can.
MAMMA'S MARMALADE--has always brought fresh vibrancy to old traditions. Since their formation in the spring of 2014, the quintet has delved into the limitless capabilities of classic bluegrass instrumentation (banjo, fiddle, mandolin, guitar and bass) and explored the parallels of acoustic music, ranging from the blues to old-time, from gypsy jazz to bluegrass.
